I would stay here again. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. There is a continental breakfast, it isn't fancy but it does the job. There are computer terminals in the lobby for guest use. The lobby is spacious with comfy furniture. Our room has a bar fridge, microwave and keurig machine. There is a hair drier in the washroom. Washroom in our room is newly renovated. Lots of water pressure. Nice room, big tv with some cable channels including some sports channels. We came for the hospital but I could see staying here if I was working on contract in town.
Newest of the hotels in the community. Built from recycled cargo containers, so the rooms are large, long, and narrow. No restaurant, but just across the road from the Forest Inn Bar and Grill. Rooms were clean. Staff were polite. Also has very good conference rooms for meetings.
Great hotel. Large clean rooms. Not a high end hotel but great value for your dollar. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast room. Nice setting. Many rooms have a woodlot view. Great chorus of frogs at night.
We will never utilize the Days Inn in Sioux Lookout ever again. Our company booked three rooms for an important field tour for our clients. We guaranteed these rooms with a credit card, as we knew we would be checking in late. The Days Inn cancelled our rooms without calling us, so we had no rooms when we showed up at 10pm. And, the front desk person was not helpful. She offered me 2 rooms, which required our clients to double up. These people were high ranking individuals and not accustomed to sharing rooms. These clients were in Sioux Lookout for what could be a huge contract for our company. We followed up with the manager and were offered nothing to compensate us for our inconvenience. Although this was our first experience with the Days Inn in Sioux Lookout, it will be our last. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for business reservations, as they do not understand the importance of maintaining good business relations with customers.
The hotel was clean staff was very friendly staff We arrived late was checked in by the driver that drove us from the airport we were tired and hunger and all the restaurants were closed so the shuttle driver made us soup and brought us to the supermarket the next day to grab some groceries. At checkout we found out the shuttle driver/chef was really the hotel manger wearing many hats We had no idea. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.
The rooms are spacious and wonderful. The bathrooms are big and the shower is awesome. The location shows promise when the community gets bigger it will be better. The service was amazing they have great staff.
Good, clean but they did not honor our late check in. Our reservation was cancelled because the train was so late that we got in at 2am. The same happened to the family behind us.
Great place to stay. Large rooms, cleaned daily. Staff was very nice and helpful
Clean updated rooms, great shuttle service to airport. There is a small gym on the second level that was basically empty the week I was working in the area.
Great hotel with shuttle to airport. Internet is also best offered in town. Soup offered at night for free, and breakfast was standard Wyndham breakfast.
