Days Inn - Moose Jaw

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. The pool maintenance man was fantastic, restocking towels, and checking the pool which was nice and warm. The breakfast was great with Gluten-free bread. Customer service was just great! The hotel was old but so well kept that I didn't mind.

Lady at the front desk was very nice, but I was surprised that they wouldn't match the prices we found for the room online, so we booked there instead.nOur bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor. Found Doritos under the bed.nThe pool is nice, but the hot tub is quite dirty and very very hot though way better than it being too cold. The pool is warm and the slide is nice and very fast.

Girls enjoyed the pool. Front desk girls were super nice. It's just the hotel needs to be updated now. It was clean but not like new clean Looks tired.nGirl working the breakfast was shy and never kept it going fast. Everyone had to keep going to the kitchen to ask for more eggs. More pancake mix. More milk etc.

Me and my family stayed for a night. We have a cat and they gave us one of the pet allowed room. But it was smell gross. I was so tired to ask them for another room. Enterence area was so dirty. Breakfast was OK.

Well! I may have looked at the wrong Holiday Inn online. We checked in at 10:30 p.m. There was a sign as we walked in that said the pool was closed. There are 4 children, 2 adults and our dog. If only my money was refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. So, I guess we will make the best of it.
