Days Inn Monticello

This establishment is disgusting all around. The location is "shady" and was proven true when pulled into the parking lot and 2 police officers stopped my friend and I to question WHO I was. Apparently I looked like someone who they are looking for. Now, when making it into the entrance, hotel lobby, we were greeted by the most unpleasant woman. She, according to her, is the hotel owner, along with her husband. HE was very pleasant. Poor man. The woman was rude, yelling and tried to hit us with a $25 fee for various made up reasons that when she could not prove it in their policy we were not charged. To the rooms...needs a remodel to say the least. I didn't even sit on the bed. The floors needed vacuuming (and cleaning). Overall DISGUSTING and RUDE! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Clean room, front desk help was good... I would stay here again... decent price

Cheap rooms and no nonsense from the management, but you get what you pay for. Cheap alternative to staying in the Cities if you have your own transportation and don't mind a half hour commute.

1 Star Service ... So me and my Girl friend and her friend. Stayed There Last Night. And here's Our Experience... When we got to the Motel. Friend said the room is $55 a night. So The price is depinding who's at the deck. Cause it went. From $70 to $55. So since it was 2 extra people $10 per person. Just saying... The room was Alright.. Mostly every worked. But every room is different.

Worse hotel ever. First room had old food in dresser, no A.C., no internet. After waiting 30min for someone to come to front desk told them the guy told me I do t have to eat the food and he walked off. I called expedia and it took them 20min to get someone to answer the phone, expedia said they would get me another room in less than and hour. 1.5 hours later still no room. New room had 1 bed and they we not going to make the price change then I got another room. Brown water. Bad bad bad
