Good location though rooms and accommodation all felt cheap. From appliances to carpeting to lobby. Expect a little more from a reputable place like Holiday Inn. The staff was nice which helped but don't think I'd stay again.

Stayed one night last night. Did not expect much considering the low price at first but changed my mind due to unwelcoming concierge, seemingly bad maintenance and uncleanliness of the room. Weird odour in the room I stayed, but windows are sealed so were unable to ventilate. Curtains were visually very dusty as if it hasn't been dusted for a while. Red stain on bedsheet, possibly blood stain. Won't be coming back to this location.

Guest service was poor. I was told on the phone there was adequate parking for a 30' truck and there was not. The one night I did get to park in their lot I had one of their staff yell at me without identifying himself for parking where I did. He came across as one of the many crazies in the area and made no apologizes for his behaviour. The carpets throughout were visibly stained and matted throughout the hotel, the breakfast was lousy even for a free continental, the lot was covered in garbage, and one night I was harassed by a woman from the street, clutching prescription bags, for a cigarette at 3AM in the lobby. The room was dark and the only natural light opened onto an alley where old men would smoke. There was mold in the room, the construction was poorly done, and for the week I stayed there so did the remains of someone's sperm on the front of the desk leg. The neighbourhood was not great either. My friend had her car window smashed and purse stolen and on the news recently a man was shot at the convenience store across the street after trying to stop a robbery. I uploaded photos of the mold, sperm, garbage in parking lot, and room. Stay away from this hotel it is the worst I've ever been in. July 2017

Clean room, well located in city with plenty of amenities nearby. Somewhat limited parking. Continental breakfast...all in all...a decent place to stay

Great price for what you get. Clean rooms. Staff at front desk very friendly. Great location.
