Great management and freight is always delivered on time.

An absolute waste of time to even deal with. Pretty hard to run a business when you're on hold for 30+ minutes just waiting to get a pickup. Then only to lose the package being sent and having to wait another 30+ minutes on hold to find out what happened to it , only to be cut off and having to wait again. What's wrong with calling your local branch to get a driver to pick up. What a waste of time having the middle man involved from a location in another province.

I dropped off a Fedex Package over a week ago & there is no record of it showing it being shipped. I spoke to a customer service rep on the 1-866 # agent Brandon who put me on hold for over 30 minute to check with the local D&R here in GFW after I provided him with the tracking number. He never came back to let me know what the status is or any other information. This is very poor service all around. There should be a local phone number you can call to speak to the local office directly.

Horrible, would not recommend. Destroyed my package. Came home to a a torn up box on my steps with broken parts inside. Wish I was home, would have refused delivery. No business integrity what so ever

Returned some Amazon items! Staff here were terrific! Copied my items before returning. Helped label my parcels as well! Thanks guys
