As a licensed home day care provider I worked with Day Care Connection for more than 20 years. During that period, I worked closely with three home visitors: Wendy, Fern and Lisa. I had a wonderful experience with each of them. They are not only knowledgeable, resourceful, very responsible and supportive, they are also very kind, caring and highly professional individuals. Their responses were always immediate to any concerns or queries from me or the family of the children in my care. I felt all of the children and I belong to a big, large daycare family. Day Care Connection has offered several professional development opportunities for the providers and me. Those workshops taught me new perspectives regarding child care. The children in my care loved to come my Home Daycare! I would highly recommend to contact Day Care Connection to any parent who is seeking Home Daycare for his/her children. Also, to anyone who wants to work as a home child care provider, please contact Day Care Connection. I loved my job and being a part of the team of the Day Care Connection family!
Have been with Daycare Connection for 6 years now. Both of my children attended the same home daycare which is very close to home and our daycare provider is wonderful. We have had a great experience and feel fortunate to have found this agency. We were looking for a small home daycare and our daughters loved it. My older daughter misses being there! The staff is amazing too from Admin to home coordinator and payroll.
We have had an amazing experience with Daycare Connection. Our daughter has been in a licensed home care through them since September 2019 and the level of care she has received has been outstanding. Our provider truly cares about her and our family and has provided an environment to nurture and help her grow. The agency has always been very communicative - especially through all the process changes with COVID once things reopened, we’ve felt well supported and confident that we’re sending our child to a safe place.
My 2 years old son has been attended in Shireen's home care for almost a year and he loves Shireen. She is kind and caring and my spouse and I are really happy sending our son to her. We had no concern about anything since she loves our son just like the way she cares about and loves her own kids. Unfortunately we are moving out of Toronto soon and our main challenge is finding someone who is as kind and as caring as Shireen.
