Horrible. I strongly don't recommend to anyone. My wife went there to do her invisiline. Last visit a year ago. I found a charge on my account with $330. Why my wife called, they said it is for a filling done a year ago. My wife is fully covered by her insurance and mine. We don't pay for dental since we are 100% covered. When my wife talked to front desk, they were so unprofessional and hung up the phone. They accused her that she received the money from insurance which we never did and it doesn't work that way with her insurance. I am trying to call them now and I have been on hold on waiting for 20 minutes. I can't believe what they are doing but if you are thinking of going for Dawson dental, think again. My advise is to walk away now before they steal your money.

Very professional practice that is friendly and very accommodating.It was actually nice to visit the dentist for once. Great if you live in Brooklin/Whitby area.

Excellent, friendly and accommodating service. The dentist Dr. Gregorio has been treating me for four years and has been outstanding. He tries to make the experience painless and pleasant. The two hygienists, Amber  since 2012 and Andrea are very patient and accommodating to my needs. They are always so cheerful and pleasant. I highly reccomend this location of Dawson Dental.

Okay, I am extremely picky about my dentists and have had so many bad experiences in my life. But Dr. Gregorio is one of the best I have had! I can’t stand when dentists are rude and pushy, and he was neither of these. Very polite and kept everything light hearted. Everyone in the office, including the hygienists were also super accommodating for my 3 year old daughter, it was her first time ever at a dentist today. We left very happy, and I would highly recommend to anyone that is nervous about going to a dentist I always am.

I recently had a crown completed on an implant from Dr. Amira.  Everything has gone so great.  I am also currently realigning my teeth with invisalign with Dr. Amira at Dawson Dental.  I am extremely happy with my experiences with Dr. Amira.  I appreciate and am impressed with the way she has personalized her services so well to realign my teeth and complete implant surgery at the same time so quickly and perfectly without any discomfort.  In fact, going through the invisalign treatment has caused all my previous tooth discomfort to disappear completely.  I highly recommend them.

My 4 year old just had his dental appointment yesterday!! Rachel was so great with him!! Dr. Amira was fantastic too. Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Thanks Dawson Dental Brooklin for a very positive experience.

I had a great experience, best atmosphere, and friendly people. Dr. Amira, is very flexible with her appointment times, very friendly, works extremely carefully, and a hard worker! I drive about an hour and it’s completely worth it!

I was allways scared to go to the dentist,first time I went there I had a broken tooth they pulled it with no pain at all,my teeth are very bad ,but at Dawson they are fixing my mouth and I actually don’t mind going there at all it allways a good experience there. The staff is friendly and very professional

I can't find the words that can express my excellent impression about the Brooklin Dawson Dental office, everyone is more than great, Diane, Andrea and the very skilled and professional dentist Dr. Amira. Thank you guys, it was a wonderful experience!

I originally enjoyed Dawson, the hygienists were great. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place the dentist I had for a filling over the summer had me in pain for a week, she never really seemed to be fully aware of what was going on with the patient. The office is impossible to get a hold of, I got a text message from the office about my appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed saying the dentist I got a consult with was gone and they we’re getting a new dentist in to do it but I would be placed on a list, they said they would be in touch. So I waited a few days, never heard anything. I called on 4 different days multiple times and no answer. I called the main Dawson office and they even sent them an email and told me they would call me back the next day, never heard a thing. I had a bad experience with Dr. Amira. It’s a shame Dr. Petrova is gone she is the only reason I was going to return.
