I was coming in to do refill on my tea collection and an employee named Nick was so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best possible deals, giving me tea recommendations, and wrapping up the sale a little past closing. I so appreciate how much they cared about my shopping experience. Next time I'll definitely be coming in much before closing when I know I'll be buying a lot. Thank you so much!!
The tea is great, but very expensive. Shipping has been an absolute nightmare and I don't think I will ever order from them again because of it. The last four times that I have tried to place orders, they have Been extremely late and communication has been abysmal. It's sad because I used to love getting specialty teas to drink, but now I will look elsewhere. Too expensive and too many problems every time. Not worth the hassle.
I went yesterday to buy some tea. My amount was a bit less than $20. I wanted to pay cash. I could not. I told them that their internal policies cannot supersede the laws of land. I was told to leave by a rude employee. This is how DavidsTea is losing a customer. I will never buy anything from them anymore.
Went purchase tea for only six dollars and went to pay with cash. I was told I couldn't pay with currency, that I had to use debit or credit card. No where in the store is this posted and we are post pandemic so the store should go back to take cash again. I'll think twice before going to the store again.
Walked into the store for some tea few minutes before closing time. Hieu was very nice and helpful and stayed a couple of minutes over to ensure I am getting everything I needed without making me feel pressured. Very satisfied with his customer service skills and manner.
Tried Santa's secret for 1st time today. Delicious! So I bought it and Hot Chocolate tea, got caramel shortbread tea for free.
My wife and I love this place and whenever we come to this mall we just have to stop in the restock our supply at home. Super clean and friendly

I visit David's Tea frequently. The latest one was yesterday. I went in looking for matcha and needed some help too. When I walked in, the lady behind the counter looked at us, rolled her eyes and went back to talking to her coworker who then came and spoke to me about what I wanted. When she came to know that I was there to buy a bunch of other stuff apart from tea, she became very friendly. I was taken aback. You can't just be rude to a customer until they start buying stuff. I did go ahead and get everything I needed but I don't want to feel compelled to start looking into other brands if this is how I'm going to get treated at their store.
