Excellent service from both staff members there when I spilled my tea immediately, they remade it and didn’t complain or sigh about the huge mess.
Experience was ok. The store is very small and doesnt offer many different items nor do they have much in stock as what they show online. I went to purchase a gift for a tea lover and was very dissatisfied in their limited selection of tea bag flavors. Also for a tea store solely based on tea they really dont have much product. Sales staff were helpful. The one lady was talking about her weekend which all the customers in the store could hear which i thought was a little unprofessional but good service just not much to choose from. Better to shop online instead of in store
Worst Place to order online, my package was delivered to the wrong address and the person texted me and decided to keep it. I contacted David’s tea via e mail since they never pick up their phone and got a reply 2 months later saying I will get my refund. Never again ordering online, I had really high expectations from David’s tea but not now. If I could give this below 0 stars I would. The fact that David’s tea has no control over their packages is honestly so stupid.
Been there once and the staff was super nice. Took time to explain some of the different teas and helped me make my first purchase although I think the tea was a bit pricey.
Great location, staff are always friendly and willing to take down every tea I want to smell, they always help suggest what tea I should get when I visit. Always clean and well stocked. My favourite location for sure!
I’m a huge fan of David’s tea and I’m even a member, it was my first time going to this location so I just ordered my usual go to drink here. It was a maple syrup oolong latte. When I got it I noticed it tasted different than usual. About 30 second in I noticed my cup kept leaking, when I opened my lid I noticed it was filled to the brim and that while it filled way past where it should be, there was also no milk. I went back and told them that they didn’t put any milk in my LATTE and the employee told me that it was because I ordered a hot drink. That has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard considering David’s tea is know for their tea lattes and even the website can tell you “A tea latte in its simplest form is tea with frothed or steamed milk.” Idk how you steam milk in a way that allows it to remain cold be clearly this employee had absolutely no idea what she was talking about and I would’ve imagined that they ensure that their employees have a basic knowledge of their practices. But hey what do I know I’m just a tea enthusiast. The second cup I got with milk still was filled too much and liquid frequently spilled out the sides while walking. Worst experience ever 1 Star no doubt.
One of the better locations I've been to. When you aren't sure as to which tea is best, they recommend and also make samples for you to try. Staff are really cheery and friendly. Love tea!

Solid DAVIDsTEA location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, always tea samples on offer. They've helped me find a few gifts for my tea-drinking family members in the past.
Everyone is so nice here. I love the wide selection of teas. The employees always have great suggestions on new teas.
