Love All.Kim Manager AMAZING! Jenn your a sweetie. Their So Educated in All your drink needs and the uses of them. I n daughter ONLY come here . No other David's tea BEATS This location. I am blunt so thanks n be sure to visit.

I love this store! I drive over an hour to get there . I hope they do not close this store. I don't order on line so i will really miss your teas. Please don't close!!!
Some nice items here but the store seemed over-staffed. I had 3 different people asking to help me before I made it half way into the shop. I know it's x-mas but I find this level of service annoying and makes me not want to come back .
The perfect breakfast tea. Just the right mix of English, Irish and Scottish Breakfasts.
Great location, and fantastic staff. Very informative and patient. Really love the seating area which makes it a standout from other David's tea locations.
No help when asked, expected friendly support & it was edging on rude - especially when paying top money for tea. The staff member servicing me did not use common courtesies like please & thank you. Certainly not what I expected comparing to all my previous visits.
Tea was old and had no flavour. Limited in types of herbal teas. Expensive.
