I had the great pleasure to find myself in the store on Monday, October 1st and I was very impressed watching customer service excellence. The store was busy with a group clearly not and obviously knew their tea. The joy of being in the room listening to the intelligent and truly educational conversation was too fun. I waited and could only come up with chatter about Taylor Swift, her hair length and my desire to have her date Kelce! And guess what? While tapping to "Bad Blood" my David's Tea professor knew all the answers! Well done!
Amazing customer service!! I had ordered the tea of the day, just 5mins ago and was having some trouble with my card, and this wonderful employee helped me. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to get her name as I was in a rush,but she had glasses and beautiful curly red hair. The store was packed and she dealt with customers so efficiently and friendly. Love the people I meet in davids tea :D

The staff at David’s Tea at Chinook Centre were amazing today. My daughter was waiting for me to pick her up after her friends had left, when an older man cornered her in a store. She called me immediately and got away, but the man kept following her. I instructed her to go into David’s Tea and let them know she was being followed. The staff took such good care of my scared girl and even made a cup of her favourite Cotton Candy tea. Thank you so much for taking care of my girl when I couldn’t. I will be driving to this location anytime I need to replenish my David’s Tea tea collection.
Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. A gift my daughter got me from here had broke and I needed a new piece, I didnt know what it was but she just knew and got it for me. And then I bought some individual teas to go inmy new tea wallet. Can't wait to try them.
The tea I had tasted so bland, I wouldn't categorize it as a tea. Just some hot water with a bag inside. They also don't take AMEX in this day and age. Won't be returning.
I had an amazing experience at the David’s Tea at Chinook Centre today - our sales associate was Dora, and she was absolutely amazing!! I was with my friend and she exhibited excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly, patient as we were very indecisive and just made our shopping experience an overall joy Which is kind of rare in today’s world!! I highly recommend this location and it’s amazing, yummy teas to anyone; and I suggest giving Dora a raise - Jessica
Very unfriendly staff and unorganized. Was told that I could price match items online with store items as long as they had in stock in the store when I called in the store. The lady on the phone was telling me different things about stock levels a particular tea I was searching for even though online availability said they had it. Despite all this still decided to go in and take a look. I found some other teas that they had in stock on sale online and asked to price match, one girl was very hesitant about giving me a straight anwser and just tried to explain the instore deals. Then another lady switched tills with her and said they can not price match everything that is on sale online and just depends on a letter they get bit is picked by the manager. Very unfriendly and rude attitude when spoke to me. Felt very unhappy and disappointed as I came to this mall just for the tea. Terrible customer service especially around the holidays.
My girlfriend and I came in to buy some Mint teas, and this wonderful gentleman named Jacob who had only begun working there about 5 weeks ago assisted us to the moon and back. I thought he was a 5 year employee the way we was helping us out! I've never met such a dedicated, enthusiastic, helpful, energetic employee. He loves his job, and I couldn't be happier about this man and this location. Keep it up Jacob, you were wonderful. I hope to see you again! Keep up the awesome work!
2nd time in the week that i went to this store , just notice that people in there are not friendly and welcomin anymore , and when i try to ask something it seems like they dont see us . some of the tea that i want are not in the shelves just a lil bit shy to ask on those lady workers at front because they are busy talking to each other i am shy too that i might interupt them . we will come back for sure because we love the tea's in there .
