Bagel was good, but sadly that’s where it ended. Got the italian sub, and for a $14 sandwich, expected it to be more than mostly bread. Paid extra for lettuce, tomato and onion which was extremely sparse. The layer of meat was incredibly thin throughout hard to even spot amongst the bread, and not a hint of oil or vinegar, which was listed. Also did not remove anll of the plastic casing on the salami which I had to discover by trial and error. Unfortunately my partner and I each got one thinking it’d be safe to go with an italian sub. Do yourself a favor and stick with the bagels it seems. Would have been cheaper and more filling to buy ingredients and make my own sandwich!
Ridiculously slow and not even a quality sandwich. Hardly any meat. The bagel and croissants were stale. I’ll never go back. David’s bagels used to be good, what happened?
Great staff and fast service with a smile. Hot sandwiches are meh. They are good at the bagels and spreads but they need a refresher on the hot stuff
There are quite a few things wrong. They allow children to crowd the sidewalk and block the use the ramp and block the outside seating. The children outside look to have been related to an employee or owner. Rude greeting instead of instructions on where they prefer me to wait in line. Received a feeling of I was interrupting their job.
Always great service and bagels. Been coming here on and off since I was a kid and would always recommend
Today added to another bad experience here. Came early to pick up an online order that was places HOURS in advance and it was an easy order, just bagels. Came in to an empty store, the lady said they didn't even look at their online orders. She said they were too busy with other store related things. Never an apology, just "oh well" and dismissed me like she didn't care. I had to ask if she even got the order. I told her that it was placed in advance, and pick up time was the time I came in. She did not care and just walked away. EVERY time I come here there is an issue with how they treat people. I force myself to come because it is the only place near me with okay food. This was the last time. How do they do business like this?
The online ordering process they have in place is awful. It’s roughly 50/50 that the order gets processed. The failure is not with the ordering system, it’s not managed effectively resulting in poor customer service. The location of the ordering system is tucked away in a corner of the store, furthest away from the grill. Locate it where workers are actually seeing it. When you stand on the line dedicated for online orders, the employees don’t see you standing there because you are blocked by a rack. Therefore you don’t get help resulting in poor customer service again. The lack of organization of the employees also adds to the dysfunction. The business really needs to have a person overseeing the entire operation to improve the customer experience, that includes reading reviews and responding to the online reviews. Dedicate staff to three areas, 2 + people to take orders. 2 + people working the grill, 2+ cashiers. 1 store manager managing the staff, monitoring online orders and social media. Lastly, put 2 eggs on every egg sandwich unless asked for only 1. Respectfully, Kevin
The breakfast sandwiches are consistently great. I make it a point to visit when I'm in the area. Edit: I docked 1 star for the increase in price. Still great food but no longer my go to spot :
Not a bad spot for a quick bite for breakfast, or some fresh pastries. The staff make a pretty good egg sandwich, though each time I have ordered from here, depending on who takes my order, my sandwich comes out just a little bit different each time. They can work on their consistency. While I will be returning for a quick morning breakfast in the future, I will be rolling the dice on what I pull out of the bag when I get home.
bagel was ok, everything was ok, great selection of diet sodas. saw a rat there once, if that’s anything. would give three but the rat.
