David McArtor and his office is top notch! He is brutally honest and a fierce adversary for his clients! He represented me for twelve years on one bizarre divorce settlement case and, yes, the end result was in my favor but I would be giving him accolades even if they hadn’t! He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional and always treated me with respect!

I retained David in November 2022 on civil matter against my ex husband. HORRIBLE Attorney do not use if you’re a woman. Takes the man’s side. For the preliminary hearing he sent his assistant that wasn’t prepared. Embarrassed me and himself in his inability to answer the Magistrates questions. David would never return my phone calls or answer my emails. He would degrade me in any meetings. I feel he didn’t know how to proceed with my case. He discharged himself prior to the court date.

I had the worst experience with David McArtor. Victim of domestic violence and Mother of 3 young children going through a divorce. He advised me to drop the protection order so things would work out easier. Was never able to allow me to go back to my home and couldn’t get me temp. support for the children. The only thing he managed to do is take all of my money and quit on me with no results. Never returned any phone calls and was completely rude when he did. He definitely doesn’t side with the woman, 100% do not recommend .

Do not hire David if you are a woman. He will take all your retainer and get you no where. Very expensive, but suppose to be the best in medina county, absolutely the worst in my opinion. My daughter hired him, she was battered and abused with small children and needed out of her marriage. It seemed all David done was side with my daughters soon to be ex husband. He told my daughter if she wasn’t happy with what was happening after 6 months then he wasn’t the lawyer for her, quit her case and hung up on her. He’d taken all her retainer pretty much and now she’s left to start over. He should be ashamed of himself. Disgusting.. very unprofessional.

Brad Novak and the gentlemen at this establishment are nothing short of amazing. They helped me beat a CPO case where my son was taken from me wrongfully for 53 days/nights due to false allegations by a bitter babymama. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I would not recommend mr. Aupperle he represented me in a past case and now he is representing my wife in divorce even tho he is not allowed too. I have sent them evidence of him being my attorney but he still continues to advise my wife. I will be filing a complaint with the Supreme Court and the bar association this has been an ongoing battle with my wife and me. Aupperle for 2 years yet he still willing to take the risk on advising my wife Update mr aupperle reached out to me to try and cover his tracks and spew lies even tho I have talked to numerous other attorneys about the situation and they all told me the same thing it’s a conflict of interest and he is not allowed to represent my wife so I will just let the bar association deal with this

I do not recommend David McArtor, as I believe he demonstrates low self-control and imprudent behavior. Upon information and belief, he engages in conversation with zero emotional intelligence and restraint at times.

Honest, trustworthy and very straight forward. In unvarnished truth David will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client.
