Went in, wife had inadequate vision test. Bought glasses based on their test, she still can’t see well. Not willing to help to correct issue. She still doesn’t know the real issue with her vision. Will go to different eye care facility. Do not recommend this office.
I"ve been seeing Dr. Cink going on 15-years now. Have always been impressed with my outcomes, his performance, professionalism and his knowledgeable staff. When he informed me it was time for Cataract Surgery and I was a good candidate for Toric lens, I asked questions and he provided detailed reassuring answers. Preparation for this procedure was fascinating. His competent staff answered "patiently" every question I asked. What I found reassuring, was each test was run twice and charts were compared. This additional work was to ensure my Lens's were right for me. One Cataract Surgery was complete in both eyes, my vision was like going from analog straight to 4K UHD. I haven't had this quality of vision since I was in my 30's. - I'm now 69. I was sad to read the closing of Brookings Office, but I do understand. With eventual retirements and now COVID, we need to adapt. I will gladly drive from Brookings to Crescent City for quality care.
Dr. Cink along with Dr. Ennenger have RETIRED, their office is CLOSED & no one has replaced them.
