I can not say enough good things about Dave’s. We had our hot water heater break on a Friday and Adam from Dave’s came out on Saturday to take a look. He told us what was wrong, got us some options on repairs and replacements, and they came out really fast to replace the hot water heater. Adam and his team were very professional, gave the highest quality customer service, and explained everything about the new water heater. If ever we have a heating or air issues in the future we are guaranteed to call Dave’s and most certainly will ask for Adam.
After 13 days without air conditioning and battling our home warranty company to replace the unit, we finally turned to Dave's on a recommendation from one of our clients. Adam and his crew were amazing! They worked from early in the morning all the way through the day in the pouring rain to get us up and running...Even though they could have left at 5pm and returned the next day to finish up the job, they stayed late until everything was tested and working. We are so grateful to Dave's for their outstanding customer service. As Realtors, we will definitely refer Dave's to all our clients and friends!
Dave's is the best! They replaced and upgraded my very complicated condominium system and I have never had a problem in the 5 years since they installed it. It's quieter, more efficient, and I save lots of money on utilities. They are honest, hardworking people and I would never use or recommend anyone else.
Previous home owners had a new HVAC, furnace, and water heater installed by Dave’s 6 months ago. I tried the furnace for the first time yesterday and it wasn’t igniting. Called Dave’s last night at 7pm to get an appointment set up for today. Adam and John showed up at 9:15 this morning and got right to work. They diagnosed and fixed the issue thermostat mis-wiring within 30 minutes. I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Adam was. He talked me through everything he was doing, explained how the system and it’s components should work, and triple checked I understood everything and that I had no questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has customer satisfaction at the top of his list. I highly recommend using Dave’s for your heating, cooling, and water heater needs. I also highly recommend requesting Adam and John if you get the chance to!
Dave's Heating and Air Conditioning has been maintaining my heat pump since I bought my house 14 years ago. I decided recently that it was time for a new heat pump which was installed this week. Dave's especially Lynn, Kenny and Adam have always been cheerful, helpful, trustworthy and have kept my heat pump in excellent condition.
During a recent heat wave, Dave's was responsive and professional. Better yet, Adam, the technician, was amazingly detailed and did not rush the job. He figured out the problem, fixed it, checked everything twice, and showed us some tricks to help us keep our system running well. You don't encounter customer service like this often these days!
