The manager is very rude and arrogant. They misunderstand a simple Pandora promotion policy and insist they are completely right. It is a simple sentence, but i guess they just don't want to give customers the benefits. However, we get the promotion benefit in other jew store in town at the same day. Will not recommend any of my friends shopping here.
