I am a Realtor who represented my tenants as I presented an offer to Erica at Dash Property Management. In this tough market its nerve wracking submitting an offer and waiting to get an acceptance. Erika has her own offer, which in my mind meant it would be hard for her to be impartial. I was wrong! She dealt with the situation with the utmost integrity and honour. Plus she was a pleasure to deal with also. I would like to thank Erica on behalf of my clients and myself for working so hard and being so pleasant to interact with.
