Ok so I’m loving the new small businesses rising up out of the ashes of the pandemic; like this one! Amazing fresh pretzels! So tasty and soft. Just the right amount of salt. And their pretzel sandwiches are SO good. Well at least the meat lover pretzel was mind blowing. I’ll definitely be back!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I personally do not like standard pretzels that say come in a bag and they are all crunchy and hard...these are not those. The different varieties of pretzels all tasted really good, even a butter chicken pretzel!. Let us talk about the cinnamon buns, just wow! Will return for sure

Very cute aesthetic with a modern rustic vibe. Very friendly service and great pretzels! I loved the banana pepper and mozzarella pretzel. Recommend arriving early on weekends if you want to dine in as it can get busy. Will definitely be returning

Great place. Pretzels are delicious. Staff is friendly and warm. This is a fantastic small business and the food is made fresh throughout the day. If they are out, please wait, fresh pretzels will be out soon.

The owners are so kind, they even took the time to explain their different flavors of pretzels to us! I tried the butter chicken pretzel and it was so yummy they even gave us complimentary pretzels while waiting it tastes good with ketchup I also enjoyed their dining area because it's so open and inviting, I'd come back here again to try the other flavours like the breakfast pretzel!

Perfect addition to the neighborhood. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese pretzel. Perfect for lunch. Their AWARD WINNING cinnamon buns are the perfect treat on any day, but hit hard on those brisk fall afternoons. Glad they're here!

Finally got to try DasBrezelHaus today, and we were so happy we did. The owner Dirk was so friendly and welcoming, and explained all of their offerings, as well as gave his recommendations, and his son was also super friendly and helpful. Many items were fresh from the oven and still warm. We tried the breakfast pretzel, the Philly sausage pretzel, the cherry datschi, and a cinnamon bun. Everything was delicious, especially the cinnamon bun, it was amazing. Probably one of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had, just perfect. We ended up getting another Philly sausage, a jalapeno cheddar pretzel, and a cinnamon sugar Philly pretzel to go, just so we had more treats for home. Overall we really enjoyed our food and the people are just awesome, you can tell how much they care about their customers, the food, and the experience. Would definitely recommend, and we will definitely be back. Fantastic new pretzel shop for Edmonton to have! Wishing them all the best!

Wonderful new addition to the area. Pretzels are great, but the real winner is the CINNAMON BUNS. The dough is *everything* for a good cinnamon bun, and theirs are always soft, never dry, and with a good satisfying chew was told it's thanks to their long fermentation process. No wacky toppings needed; the buns speak for themselves. Elegant simplicity. The owners are so friendly as well. Definitely check this place out.

Incredible German pretzels, cinnamon buns, and pretzel wrapped sausages. We had the breakfast pretzel, German pretzel, pretzel wrapped sausage, and cinnamon bun we ate them over two days, they're so filling!. They were all INCREDIBLE!!! I can't recommend everything enough, and the bakers are so friendly and awesome. Dad Brezel Haus is a must in Edmonton!!!
