This is by far the most delicious food I have ever had. I love food, especially international cuisine, and I have always been very picky. I have to say that Darbar is beyond phenomenal. The flavor, portions and the kindness of the staff is worth everything to visit this restaurant. I promise anyone who is craving amazing food... this is the place to go.

Darbar has an amazing, varied menu and the dishes are tasty and flavoursome. At last! Those things aren't always easy to find, trust us...we've been searching for a while. It's refreshing to see so many tasty dishes, other than the standard butter chicken that seems to dominate most other menus, yawn. Spice levels are also pretty accurate, but are sometimes milder than requested, so maybe spice up a level if you like it hot. The restaurant and team are lovely and dining in was also a nice experience. Thank you Darbar, you've truly impressed us and we 100% recommend you to the true curry lovers out there. Can't wait for our next visit.
Top quality dishes. We are impressed at the genuine taste of dishes' ingredients specially the herbs and spices. The owner is a professional chef who takes time to explain Indian cooking techniques and ingredients included in the dishes we order when we treat ourselves at this valuable restaurante. This spot is amazing!!! The staff are so sweet and professional, the atmosphere is peaceful and tidy, and the food is so yummy and the presentation is beautiful. I am beyond thrilled to have found this hidden gem. I absolutely loved my experience. I will be back again and again.
My wife and I drooped by Darbar Indian Cuisine Restaurant mid day today. Our first visit every to a restaurant specializing in Indian Cuisine. The dining room was tastefully decorated and the ambiance was delightful. Our host recommended we try their Lamb Rogan Josh and the entree was outstanding in presentation, taste, texture and flavour. The entree was served with a bowl of white rice and an order of Naan bread which was again outstanding. Our host explained thoroughly and graciously the various regions Indian cruise encapsulates on their menu which was greatly appreciated by my and and myself. The meal was accompanied by an Indian chai latte and mango lassis which were delicious and complemented our meal choice splendidly The entree was generous in its portion size and very reasonably price. Best curry I’ve had in a really long time. Highly recommend the lamb vindaloo and cashew chicken korma. Garlic naan is also a must
Darbar impressed. Have had the take out a few times and have tried almost all the veggie dishes. It’s like home cooked Indian food where you can taste the veggies but also the spices. I don’t know how else to explain except that every time I’m I. Kelowna I will go out of my way to eat here. It’s excellent and highly highly recommended for vegetarians.
Delicious food!! It was very hard to find any Indian restaurants who would accommodate our dietary restrictions while we were vacationing in Kelowna! The chef was very kind enough to make delicious food without onion and garlic! Thank you for the amazing food! We will definitely return!
The food was great! Our sweet server was very helpful. And the bill was a nice surprise for 5 of us plus dessert. Good Indian food for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
