Je demande alors de me faire rembourser le tout. Ils acceptent seulement de me rembourser un montant de 200$ sur 560$. Sur la facture il est seulement inscrit évaluation et frais de rétention. Donc, je dois payer 360$ pour avoir retiré le fil ce qui a pris 5 minutes et l’évaluation qui a mal été faite comme finalement je ne peux pas avoir de fil.
