Short and easy drive from the expressway. A small plates style lunch so we shared everything. Dishes came out at the perfect pace. We tried the calamari amazing!, spicy garlic shrimp, oysters, and pecan tart. Everything was delicious! Our waitor, Jeff, was extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back! Parking: Plenty of parking, in front and behind.
I've been hosting a monthly meeting here for over a year. Each and every session is a winner! The attendees love the vast choices that include gluten free and vegan. I've had people come from out of state and 60+ miles north even when gas was at $6 because they love this venue so much. Service from Andrew, Jessica and Shawn is always top notch. If you considering having a large event, or date night, this is the place!
We came here for my husbands birthday and I don’t think we will be back. The food was okay but I’m used to coming here and being wowed with flavor and unfortunately everything we got was bland. The scallops were the only thing we both fought over because they were decent. The dessert they brought out for his birthday was maybe a bite? Not the same Dancing Marlin I remember coming to. The menu was just boring and I know they change the menu items often so we just weren’t impressed at all.
Recently hosted a 30th Surprise in the party room. The food & drinks were fabulous. Jessica, their event planner, was quite accomdating to my custom menu. Would host an event here again! I’ve been to eat several times also.
My sister and I went here on a week night. Very fun, nautical themed tapas bar. The service was excellent, friendly and fast. We had spicy garlic shrimp, crab cakes, mac and cheese, and mahi tacos. Drinks were margs, wine, and mojitos. Everything was fresh and delicious. A pricier night but well worth it for a special night out!
Great experience at the dancing marlin last night! Made a reservation for 2 at 8:00 and we were seated right away on the patio as we requested. The waiter was friendly & kind. Service was a bit slow, but the waiter acknowledged it and apologized which I appreciated many restaurants are understaffed but he handled it so well! The General Tso’s cauliflower was delicious. I got the chopped salad and my boyfriend got the salmon with jasmine rice & pineapple salsa We both loved the food and the perfect portions. The ambiance and vibe was great too. I will definitely be back!
Greeted enthusiastically by the host and seated Rudy at scheduled reservation. Waitress fair. General Tao cauliflower was the high point of the meal. Soft shell crabs in season but it was fairly tasteless and the breading was too thick. Oysters were on point.
Eclectic menu. Mostly fish, but plenty enough to keep your carnivore companions very satisfied. Delicious food!! like seriously delicious. Great vibe, stylish, EXCELLENT service. This place should be much busier. Pretty much a gem. Admittedly, we dined early and beat the Fri night rush, so no clue how service handles a full house.
My wife and I stopped in the Dancing marlin to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic experience! The waitstaff was incredibly friendly, professional and really just made us feel important. The decor inside and out is just awesome, feels like your in a high end beach club/restaurant. The food was spot on and the dishes are made to be shared so we had a variety to pick from. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I were there for lunch on a weekday, and there were only few patrons present. Parking was obviously not an issue. The waitress was attentive and courteous. The food was very good, so I really enjoyed my meal, and my wife apparently relished her dish. My rum&coke was also very nice. Hope to return, soon.
