I was very disappointed in the services provided by DAP. I hired them so I would not have to get involved with the details of a complex tax situation. There was a big lack of communication in the process which resulted in mistakes in how the forms were filled out, and penalties assessed by the IRS. It took almost the entire year to get the situation straightened out and it caused me great stress. The cost of their services was much higher than I expected, and the work was poor. They may be able to handle simple tax situations, but if you have a more complex tax situation, expect to spend enough time to learn about it so you can check their work for mistakes. UPDATE: While completing the tax forms myself this year I found two more mistakes in the forms completed by DAP last year. Not worth the thousands of dollars I was charged.
