From our very first phone conversation, he guided me through the process, asking for photos of the model numbers and even telling me exactly where to find the stickers. Based on my description of the issues with our stove and fridge, Dan quickly diagnosed the problems and ordered the necessary parts right away.nnHe scheduled a service appointment for the following week while waiting for the parts to arrive, and just as promised, he showed up right on time. I highly recommend Dan for any appliance repair. He was quick to return my call and get me scheduled in. He has such a friendly demeanour and really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to appliances. Dan was able to solve the problem with our washer quickly and efficiently!
Dan called me within 24 hours and booked an appointment to fix my washer. He replaced a sensor and I paid my bill. We ran a load immediately but the error code came back. He returned to our house within 30 minutes and checked further to find a bad wire that was promptly replaced. Dan is such an honest person that he returned my money and resent a cheaper invoice. Great service and very honest. I recommend him
I was having a strange sound coming from my dryer. I called Dan , he booked me in , called 15 minutes beforehand hand to make sure I was home , arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment time and doctored up my dryer in 15 minutes. HE HAD the parts with him .... Like he already knew what the problem might be.nDan's was professional, pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient , he fixed my dryer quick and perfectly. Excellent service and seriously efficient. Thank you Dan, I definitely recommend this service to everyone.
