Had Dan Maybruck Plumbing installed a Navian water/boiler system. In one year the unit failed.  Pump burnt out...Had to find a different certified Nanian Plumber to fix, waited 5 days for part to be shipped from New Jersey.    Maybruck was not available to fix or offer preventative maintenance. Stuck with a Unit and no Certified tech to maintain....also when Maybruck installed the Navian and tested system, there were multiple ruptures in the baseboard and charged additional $6k to fix them....rip off! stay away! total was more than $25k -- He ordered a drink as we reviewed terms of contract, he took the signed copy, left and did not pay for his drink!
