Delicious food, great atmosphere, Shisha and Patio are nice. Service has much to be desired. They constantly try to push bottled water on the customers, won't refill your glass of water unless you specifically ask. Asking for anything takes a long time, be it cutlery, hot sauce, etc. I'd suggest this place if you're not limited by time.

Ate a shawarma with a piece of glass in it. After showing the waitress, she confirmed that it was indeed glass on the plate from the shawarma, the owner came to us only to blame us because he said it was impossible for a piece of glass like a nicked drinking glass shard could get in here and we shouldn't blame them. We were never offered a replacement shawarma even though it wasn't fully eaten and were made to look like we placed the glass in it ourselves. I thought this place was nice but after being treated so poorly, why would anybody come here?

I'm not very picky with shawarmas, but this was the most disgusting one I've ever had. Meat was absolutely crusty, when i asked for hot sauce he just put sriracha on it, and when i ate it i couldn't even taste the meat. Never going back there again.

Food is expensive, took FOREVER to arrive, and not very tasty I ordered the ribs. The washroom is in tatters it just opened a few months ago. I would give the owners another month to put their act together... the place is nothing special.

The worst customer service i've ever had. Overpriced, begged for bread and got it once. Not enough for 5 people so asked again 3 times and we never got it, table was never cleaned then when we finally complained to a "manager" she pretty much said, you ate and had your pop and got bread once what more do you want? She heard and admitted we were upset but didnt approach us because she didnt feel the need. She doesnt know how to run a business, i believe she had to open up her own place because she has such terrible customer service and work ethic no one would ever hire her in Canada! Save your money, I wouldnt give this place a $1.
