When we first started looking for a property we were a small family looking to find a bigger place. We met Thomas through a friend and when looking for our first place Thomas was very informative and guided us step by step as new homeowners. Having small kids made it hard for us to schedule viewings but Thomas was very accommodating to our schedule. After a couple of searches it didn't take long before we came to a decision and now we're homeowners! Thanks to Thomas' knowledge and professionalism we found a place in this crazy market. Kayla is a fantastic realtor. She is knowledgeable about the market and is attentive to details (which I truly appreciate). When choosing my unit, I had A LOT of questions about the process, financing and future expectations of property ownership. She was able to answer them all as well as provide me the direction to acquire more information for my own research. She is patient and courteous. I am looking forward to doing business with her in the future. I would definitely recommend her.

I found Kayla's Advertisement online a couple years ago.  We were new to the country at the time, my family and I were looking for a particular home with a budget in mind which was not easy to find.  Kayla was very patient with us and was quick to respond to all of my questions. We saw houses aggressively to make sure that we would beat the crowd and put our offers in first as it was a competitive market.  We not only found an agent, we found a friend in the business that we would recommend to anyone and use again when we are ready.

I first found Kayla on an advertisement when I was looking for my first place in downtown Toronto. I was new to the process but Kayla walked me through it every step of the way and was very patient with me. She showed me all of my options within my criteria and had great knowledge of each building we toured. She made my first experience an enjoyable one. After a year at my place, my boyfriend and I decided to look for a place together and there was no doubt in my mind who to call. Kayla went above and beyond to find us a place we now call home.
