Really cool place, has this sort of above ground indoor track that was fun to run around when we were forced to do physical activities.

Everything is good except sometimes it's overcrowded. Badminton courts are nice and solid. It's fun to watch dal vs Saint Mary's basketball game once in a while. As a dal student it's worth going there but some equipments like decline bench press are not available. Join for the free zumba classes apart from the weight training

I'm giving the Dalplex a generous review because I'm a student and I'm grateful to have a gym to work out in. The equipment is limited, but I make it work because I'm only there to pump iron and get out. It's a bit of a maze in there. There's a really small weight room on the main floor and you need to go upstairs through eerie stairs to reach the second one, which is also half a play area and racket court. Nothing against the staff. They have been super helpful and one of them even helped me correct my form on a deadlift today. A very select few, however, give off a border security vibe. Chill out, it's just a gym. Smile because life's is good! Anyways, I'm just glad the place works and you have equipment.
