Could be wrong, but seemed corrupt -- like he was working with the defense. Didn't provide the "expertise" I was looking for. Look elsewhere or use google, both can be deemed better legal references.

Dale smith is all about money and that's it. He was a horrible attorney. At first he seemed legit but then when my daughters dad was keeping her from me after going to court and getting everything established and started not letting me see her, Dale said he couldn't do anything unless I paid him another 800 dollars on top of what I already paid which was 2000. I would never use him and never recommend him to anyone. He is far from being friendly or a committed lawyer.
