Been in on 2 seperate occasions in the last 2 weeks and both times there machine was not working for paying with a gift card. Gets pretty disappointing having a giftcard but being forced to pay out of pocket defeats having a giftcard. May have to use giftcard in london ontario. The blizzards are usually pretty decent, sometimes not mixed enough though. Have had to return a couple peanut buster parfaits in the past couple years too if they use the peanuts at the bottom of there container as your ice cream will just taste like pure salt . Do better st thomas dairy queen.
Very very good treats.. kind of noisy in there from the machinery so we had to yell our order to the cashier, but still worth a visit
Went with my family’s for dessert. Any occasion , any time we just love their ice creams.
Ordered through skip the dishes, order came missing 3 blizzards. Total order was 7 we rec'd 4 and 2 out of the 4 were correct. Phoned the store was told to come to the store to get the correct blizzards, waiting in line about a half hour wait. Store blamed skip but the # was correct on the bag. We believe the order was packed incorrectly.
Always good treats. Wish they would keep the drumstick blizzard year round! One thing they should consider is having a better system for skip orders. In person customers always have to wait very long while the employees make multiple skip orders.
A bit older I am, not too old though 57yrs Mentioning my because ice cream I really like ~~ but I need to truly watch the calories intake, but I mean really > " Brownie Extreme " Mmmmmm good once or twice a month during the summer - oh ya.
I love to come here after watching a movie at the cineplex for an awesome snack. They always have great tasting monthly blizzards and other dessert items. I've never tried their actual food items, however I've heard from friends that they are pretty good.
Small but great. I love the cake and food.
Went into store to order 2 blizzards and was told they are closeddoor was open,open sign was lit, and lights were on so we left and went had a McFlurry. Poor customer service as they could have offered us something for their mistake. Disappointed but real customer service is hard to come by.
These reviews must be fake, no way this place is 4.2 stars takes 30mins to make one blizzard
