Dairy Queen

This is one of the BEST fast foods I've been to. I had rushed to get there and was hungry. I had enough for one burger with some mayo and whatnot and asked, the service was amazing and I even got a free dill bar from the survey online. The dude who was on the register was very nice, the food was cooked just on time and I was able to make it back to school with maybe a minute left

I just ordered a Chocolate Brownie Extreme blizzard March 24, 2025 @ 8:45pm and got home to eat it and then realized there was no brownies or anything in my blizzard??? They gave my vanilla soft serve with some chocolate sauce and maybe like 10 chocolate shreds. No brownies or anything? I actually couldn’t believe it!? Like I know it’s only ice cream so it’s not that deep but this thing cost me like $10 and I was really excited to eat it

Ordered fries and 20 minutes later still no fries. I asked for a return of my money and they said they would cook up another order for me instead. I said no I will take a refund. I did not get a refund as this counter person said we called it out twice. I said the other counter person said it would be brought to my table just like my sundae had been. The guy says we called it at twice. Calling out twice is not the same as we will bring it to your table.

I’m never disappointed when I get food here. The people here are amazing. Shout out to Owen for his cheery attitude and super professional and helpful service.

Ordered two milkshakes and large fries. The fries were half empty, cold and soggy. One of the milkshakes was the orange cream flavour and it had large clumps of orange flavour powder in it.
