I really liked the service of navjot Kaur. She is extraordinary. And very friendly. To the customers I forget my order she ran through highway to give me my order back. I really liked. The customer service and place was clean and peaceful. Anyone can come and enjoy here relaxing. Here and enjoy the treats. Nice staff. 10 out of 10
My daughter & I went today to get ice cream and bring home dinner. The blizzards were fine but the food was awful. While I was trying to order, and having trouble as I don't eat here very often, the young cashier was leaning on the cash and looking at me in annoyance. When we got our food, I looked into the bag to see they'd thrown my fries in upside down so I had to go back to the counter to try and get them all back in the box before we left. Got home and my husband's mushroom burger was an absolute mess. Yes, we asked for extra mayo but they put that in a container on the side; I don't know what this is. Plus, I tried the burger, it was extremely salty and as tough as cardboard. My husband said he didn't know how they made meat more processed than McDonalds. Either that or it was so overcooked it charred solid.nnOverall, I was reminded why I don't go to DQ for food.
Typical DQ, no reason to give less then five stars unless there was something wrong.
Well organized store , Staff got food out quickly.
I got pieces of cookie dough, m&m, and peanut butter cup pieces mixed into my strawberry cheesecake blizzard without asking.
