Drive through order. Bright and courteous staff! Meals prepared and ready quickly. Fries inedible. Onion rings perfect. Mushroom and swiss burger was terrible. There was no swiss cheese but some cheese like product that is better described as cheese sauce.Food: 3/5

Amazing people we were stuck in snow storm and the owner was amazing she stayed open and didn't let us be hungry made us food and showed us were a warming center was couldn't be more thankful to the owner of Listowel dairy Queen
Loved our Blizzards!!! We do think the service could have been faster if the girls in back had concentrated more on the order and less on hossiping and joking around, but it dud ad some laughs to hear their conversation and the were pleasant in our interactions with them. There could be more seating outside with maybe some shady areas added. I love their mushroom burger.

This place always looks like a bomb went off in it. The counters are covered in food and haven't been wiped down. Tuere is food on the floor. Watched a person drop an ice cream cone on the floor and never picked it up. We were in the store for over 1/2 hour and there was plenty of time with no customers at counter that she could have picked it up but never did.
Growing up in Stratford I didn't have the dine in option. I kinda prefer the Listowel location.
Can you go wrong with DQ. The only reason it's not a five-star is because I ordered fries and a burger and they didn't even give me ketchup in the bag.
Great place to go and get ice cream cake, milkshakes, ice cream, from. And the employees are Very nice and fast with taking your order's . The in-store lineups sort and the drive-thru are long lineup but fast
Food is good, ice cream is great, never ever EVER go through drive thru! You will wait an eternity
