It was a difficult time for me as I was with two kids and one needs a booster seat. They don't have any. At least I didn't see any. Small restaurant. Definitely needs to be bigger. It was steady with customers while I was there between 4:30 and 5:30 on a Tuesday. My oldest loves the chicken strips. I had spicy chicken with a poutine with were great. Toddler liked my poutine as well. Parking: One way in/out.
Always been a great experience going to this location very happy with the quality in the food how fresh it is and good it tastes they make good ice cream too. but the point I'm trying to get at they make half of the fast food places look like a joke with the quality and freshness behind the food I have gotten so far and if anything I would rather go here for fast food over any other place in Midland thank u dairy Queen and ur great friendly staff that made me and my son's day after school. I'll be seeing you soon again
I ordered a cake for my daughter's 28th Birthday for Easter Sunday. I picked it up Easter Sunday when DQ opened at 11am. As always, the cake was very delicious! Loved the way it was decorated! The staff was very friendly. Emma, I believe her name is, on till, very nice girl! So I wanted to mention her.
Everything was good except it is very, very noisy inside. Especially when there are quite a few customers. With the plexiglass barrier and people talking and commotion, it is very for both customer and order taker to hear one another. I think this particular DQ owner should be looking at a bigger building with more space and noise reducing material. The building is very old. Food and service was fine.
My husband and I went into DQ today to buy a banana split been their a few times in the past when my husband asked for an extra squirt of chocolate the girl said they charge extra for that. My husband asked are you serious no reply from the girl. In the past I noticed there not to generous with chocolate or pineapple my husband didn't think theirs an issue just asking for a simple squirt of chocolate. If someone orders a burger and asks for extra mustard or ketchup im sure it wouldn't be extra so why on their banana split. Its just ridiculous and im surprised thats an issue its poor customer service.
Visited this fast-food establishment for the first time, the service & staff were great and welcoming. I arrived during a time when it wasn't busy so I received my orders quickly and spontaneously. The quality of their treats are great and very enjoyable with quality like no other fast-food establishment. In conclusion, this location has deals taking place from Monday-Thursday e.g. 50% off all milkshakes making their prices more than reasonable with great food in general. I will definitely revisit!
Always uncomfortable when I go in, the people working have so much attitude, I am assuming the owner/manger is like this because people don't do that for no reason. I don't recommend going there with a big order either, a customer behind me got told "dave is going to be so mad" the owner.. completely ridiculous and unprofessional
Usually I don't have such bad service as I did today I was missing fries out of a meal after ordering didn't get the dips that I was supposed to for my chicken I asked for my ice cream to come last they left it out which was totally melted by the time they cooked my food and I had to wait for French fries to be made and it wasn't like they were very busy I think there was one other person in the parking lot
I had the pleasure of visiting this location a few times over the summer. And everytime the staff were friendly, polite & had our order ready quickly. Looking forward to our next visit.
