I just made an order through the DQ app and I have to say, 10/10! It was ready on time, the food was delicious and the customer service was wonderful! Shout out to the employee that realized he missed one of my sauces and ran outside in the cold to bring it to my car before I drove away! Will definitely stop by the next time I’m driving through.
Depending on who's serving you, some staff needs better people skills, I asked a worker for ketchup and didn't even acknowledge me or didn't point me in the right direction for Ketchup Despencer... Parking: No problems finding parking spot.
The box of dilly bars taste old af. Got three chicken straps, looks like one and a half. Stupid food tase good though. Ugh
They didn’t give me my food at drive thru and when I called an asked about it “dan” van deep said I could come in anything to get things fixed…. When I drove thru town again they called me a liar when I asked to speak to manager they refused and did not give me any information. Clean restaurant, staff very polite and friendly, the burgers is delicious comparing to McDonald’s, the patty it’s self very tasty the fries as well.
Ordered the two cheeseburger meal specials $7 for cheeseburger deluxe, fries, drink and a sundae. Had to wait for order no big deal and after they brought it to me I realized they forgot the sundaes. Went inside to get the sundaes and was told I didn’t order the special - I ordered the cheeseburger meal combos which is identical WItHoUt the sundaes and, it turns out, slightly MORE $ than the special. I told him I ordered the special meal - the one on the poster and twice he insisted I didn’t and said I could buy two sundaes for $5 if I wanted. So, essentially, after I pd more for less than what I would have received with the special, they wanted more $ from me. What they’re getting instead is a review that fits their service - and a customer that won’t return.
The staff here is great! They are so friendly and very funny. The food is hot and the coffee is fresh. Enjoy your day everyone. Very clean and no line up's in or out.
Absolutely disgraceful service. Constantly shorted on food, constant screw ups, constant up charges. Sickening business practices. Absolutely sickening.Food: 2/5
Used flyers menu & price advertised but still got billed full price. So advertising flyers are good for nothing. Wheelchair accessibility: You’d better be a free style experienced.
