Stopped at the DQ in Greenwood for a quick trip through the drive thru. Most of our order ended up in the trash. It was not edible. The burger buns were completely SATURATED with grease...so much so that it was running out of the bun & pooling in the box it came in. It was horrible. We tried to take the burgers apart & eat was "okay" as we were in a hurry & hungry. We pulled out of the parking lot feeling sick. It was gross.
DQ is our favorite place for burgers, but we'll never be back to the Greenwood location. It used to be great there but has gone way downhill. After many times forgiving them for messing up my order, not giving me everything I ordered, not seeming to understand English when ordering in the drive thru, changing my total between ordering and giving me my change when I have no way of knowing if that's the right total or if they're ripping me off, today was the last visit I'll be making there. Messed up my total, took 4 people to figure out change from $20 and when they gave me less change than I was expecting made some excuse and said the total was actually more. Then I only got one of my combos. I wanted two of the same thing. They charged me $17.90 and thought one combo was all I ordered??? Spent another 15 mins repeating over and over again that I wanted two combos and only got one. Went from the only car in the drive thru to having a line up behind me. Food was cold. One of the burgers had a big hole in the bun where someone's thumb went through it and there was a puddle of sauce all over the bottom of the box. And every time THEY'VE messed up in the past year or so since things went to hell at that location, they give the customer attitude and treat you like you're the problem for not accepting their incompetence. You can't mess up that much and not even be nice about it, this is Canada.
My family and I used to love eating here. But nowadays the service sucks and no one there can take orders. After I went through the drive-thru and drove home my sauce and tossed chicken was plain and didn't get the kids burger or fries. I m tired of incompetent service and WILL NOT be back.
The service was slow and the the cashier took over 8 minutes the ring the order in. The food was absolutely disgusting. And it goes with out saying I will not be going there anymore and would not recommend anyone else to go either.Food: 1/5
Sent our granddaughter to pickup a blizzard. As the deal for bogo expires the 26th and it’s the 25th. Only for her to come back to tell us they don’t participate as it expired?? Looking at the add again it says the 26th. To late to return.
Hit the drive thru, ordered my meal. Arrived at the window and you might have put a poster of a person. Did not say anything, held out their hand for my money, passed my drink then my food and shut the window. I guess I interrupted the 5 person conversation inside. Fyi, I did say thank to the closed window.
Was completely disappointed with my visit to Dairy Queen!! My Daughter had been asking me to take her, so we My Husband, Daughter, Myself and one of my Dogs, Maggie walked there from Kingston. When I asked for some tap water for my dog I was charged for a small drink, the food wasn't near as good as I remember and the service was terrible! I had originally asked for 3 meals, was rang up and given as 1 meal and 2 burgers, and a small drink tap water for my dog, $27so I had to make a second order, 1 small fountain pop and a small strawberry Julius. Came to $9.70, then I didn't even get a strawberry Julius, after paying for one, they give me some orange mango kind, when I told them it was wrong, they said they had no strawberry for the drink I ordered so they gave me that instead... Wth!?? So I paid for a drink I didn't even ask for. Then before we left my daughter asked me to get her a blizzard, so I ordered a small blizzard, paid $6 something for it, what they gave me was not a small, it was about 3 of 4 bites of blizzard.... I didn't even know what to think or say. I paid near $50 for awful service from a rude staff, mediocre food and a terrible experience, I do not recommend going to the greenwood location! If I could give negative stars I would, I won't be going back there!!
Heavily disappointed with the location. I never had a good experience with the food. The food is not even hot. The employees are wonderful but need more training needs to be done..had my food and felt sick after. I'll probably never eat there again!.

We went in at supper time around 5:30 and we dined in. Ordered the flame thrower Thought it would have been a good choice not so much. 1st of All the entire sandwich was cold wasn't even warm which is surprising the only thing that made it warm was the heat from the flame thrower sauce. So between the sandwich being cold the the flame thrower sauce was just grouped on the top and the bottom making the Burger extremely slippery and very messy ,way too much sauce. I'm sorry to say but this was a very big disappointment considering I don't go to Dairy Queen very often.
