Quite disappointed with the customer service here. My boyfriend has a bit of an accent really not intense, so each time he said his order he kept repeating because the drive thru guy couldn’t get it. After that, the order was incorrect, he asked for 6 piece chicken strips, but got 3 I didn’t get the check, so I couldn’t tell you if I was even charged right. All in all, it wasn’t worth the wait of the drive thru to get the wrong order and to have to go through this bad experience. Edit: I posted this review while eating and then after I popped my straw into the cup, bruh, it was lemonade. We asked for iced tea and he asked us “will brisk tea work?” We said yes, but bro… that’s not tea Edit: I just started the poutine… what… even… is… this… Sauce has been heating too long, the plate is barely filled, overall not worth $6.
I ordered chicken rotisserie bites and was not told they didn’t have them at any point during our interactions. When I checked my order I was given chicken strips. I went back to correct it and was told they didn’t have rotisserie bites only chicken strips but no sign or sold out stickers were posted on the menu item. Why was I not told that at the time of placing the order? Paid for something I didn’t even want or ask for. If you didn’t have them you should’ve said that when I ordered and I would’ve been fine with that but to not substitute without asking?!?
The wait times are ridiculous. I usually have to wait 20 mins in the drive-thru before I get anything and the ice cream is melted by then. I've also noticed the last two times I got ice cream it wasn't good, like the machines hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Horrible service. Went in at 11:30am only customers in there. Cashier messed up order sauce on chicken instead of on side and then told us to bring our chicken fingers back after we had already opened them at our table. Instead of just getting us new ones without sauce as originally requested she CHARGED us for another 4pc. All 3 employees didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on. I even witnessed cook swap out lady in charge of delivery window. No hand hygiene took place before the swap. They were having trouble with ice cream machine as well so I am assuming that’s why my daughters cone was the smallest dollop of ice cream on a cone I’ve ever witnessed. Do not recommend this place.
Came to this location march 13, 7pm and had the best experience. The girl at the drive through window was extremely nice and professional! Ordered the Oreo browny cupfection and it looked and tasted delicious. 11/10
I was worried, reading the comments, about visiting this DK's drive thru. I really wanted a Blizzard so I decided to give it a try. I was pleased with my experience, despite little miscommunication at the speaker machine. The employee took our order at the window, which was perfect. Wait time was short less that 5 mins and we got everything we ordered. Food was good.
Food was OK, service in Drive thru is always slow, inside was clean but not a lot of room to move around between tables and chairs but it was ok, food is expensive, they don't give you a lot of fries, even for a large.Food: 3/5
Don’t go there !!! I ordered chicken strip box and they just put the fries in it no chicken ! At this point I’m sure they know what they are doing making customers pay to take from your food and keep it for themselves. It’s not normal it happened to must of the reviewers !! Never saw so many relatable bad reviews or so many 1 star in a location! Dairy Queen you should close this store !!!!
Horrible food service and general experience went in after 1 30 pm. Completely dead in the restuarant. Ordered a 4 pc chicken strip basket w/ a coupon. Fries were old and cold the chicken was dry and older frm the dinner hour. The cook didnt boost the strips or the fries!!!!! The swift current store will not get my business ever again.
Absolutely terrible experience. The restaurant was super dirty, smashed windows, no air conditioning, and half the lights were turned off. Huge line up of people waiting to order with no one operating the till. When we went to place our order, I was mid-sentence trying to order and the employee taking our order walked away. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We then had two other employees who stopped by the till and took a portion of our order. We asked for extra crispy fries and asked 3 times since we had 3 employees attempt to take our order and the fries were so soggy and ice cold. Overall it was a terrible experience. The Dairy Queen franchise should be embarrassed to have their brand on a restaurant that is unmaintained and operates so poorly.
