I ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard and got served soup. Went back to have it changed and the girl refused saying she followed the recipe. This is not the first time I order this. It is an item on the menu with no special instructions. It is not supposed to be runny.
I ordered a cone and usually the cones are tall and the ice cream was firm. The cone I got was small, too soft and was melting rapidly. Yes, it was hot outside but your machines should chill your products better. Was somewhat disappointed with my experience but I know Dairy Queen is a good brand. Maybe I just got unlucky that day
Great ice cream, friendly employees. My family and I used to come here often however parking is atrocious! Archibald opened a few months ago and you can't find any parking spots remotely close to Dairy queen now. Chocolats favoris is our new favorite spot.
Nice place they need staff line up 25 min
My only complaint was that the flurries we took were melting before I even stepped out .. Still a good service as usual
