Friendly people and they make what I want right A bit expensive and the place could use a spruce. But the lady who works there often is super nice! I can't have gluten and she managed to make me an ice cream cake for my graduation that was pure ice cream. Everyone loved it! She's so kind.

Super expensive... upcharge on everything...malts and shakes cost the same price at DQ but not this one. Place is a joke needs new staff and management. Will be complaining to my friend who works in corporate.
This DQ now has a sign that says they have a "4% discount for cash purchases." What this *really* means is that if you pay with a debit or credit card, they're tacking on an extra charge for no good reason. Tonight is the last time we'll be going to this DQ, which is too bad because it's so close to us. We can get ice cream at a lot of other places without being ripped off.
Lobby was in disrepair and dirty. Behind the counter looked even worse. Immediately I was questioning my decision to try it. The counter worker turned around to take our order and her uniform shirt was so dirty I almost said something about it. Crusty stuff all over it and so covered in stains that it looked as if it hadn’t been washed in a month. She took our order then turned to make our ice cream. She went to wash her hands and just ran water over them for 2 seconds no soap or sanitizer. Then just shook them dry as she reached for the cup for my ice cream. I did not want to be in there any longer than I had to so I left with the ice cream but unfortunately could not bring myself to eat it after all I’d seen. I threw the whole thing away. I’ll go get ice cream from somewhere else tonight. Will never go there again. Worst DQ I’ve ever been to.
I absolutely love this DQ. It's tiny and thus usually only has one or two people working, but there's never a wait. The woman who works during the day is so sweet and friendly - and she knows what she's doing, too! Their cotton candy blizzard is amazing, btw - and I don't usually like blizzards!
Gotta say, for starters, this is one of he worst smelling Dairy Queen stores I’ve visited. Came in for the Treat Night special 2 for $4 dipped cones and were told “Oh, we aren’t participating”. Well, if you aren’t going to clean the store or participate in promotions then I guess you don’t want your rating to improve. Sad to do this to a local shop, but it is what it is.
Gross atmosphere. They only have two tables and a nasty couch. Definitely not a place to take your family, and the milkshakes were runny also smells like wet towels.
So, this is my third and very last time going to this location! Each and every time, they are under staffed with untrained kids who have no clue what's going on. They make cones and sundaes before shakes and blizzards, and all the cones are melted by the time they are done. One big unnecessary mess. Where is the manager for this place??!!
