Took half hour to get my food second time coming here and each time it has been slow. One guy in the back kitchen is sitting there on his phone cooking food Definitely won't be back here
I love DQ but this place consistently messes up Skip orders. No other place in town is that bad. At least other places call me to replace an item if there's an issue with my order. Radio silence from DQ. If you want good service, you have to physically go into the place.
Ordered chicken wraps and 2 blizzards. Blizzard pretty much fully melted before they gave me my food. Don't come here for fast food come here if you have time to burn.
Frustrating to order a simple hamburger from. It happened 3 times now from 3 different workers. I always asked for extra hot sauce on a flamethrower burger and the first 2 times, there was little to no hot sauce and the third time, the burger wasn't even a flamethrower burger and it tastes awfully like a big whopper instead. I would like to give this 2 stars since at least it has a decent place to take a dump in but the 3 burger mistakes in a row is unpardonable.
My boyfriend and I went here on September 6 and we showed up at 9:38 because online it says they close at 10pm and the doors were locked and we started walking away and a guy came to the door and said they were closing at 9:30 and asked us if we were going to order ice cream or food and we told him ice cream. He let us come in and they made us our ice cream. I think it was the manger that let us come in. We really appreciated it because we were looking forward to getting our pumpkin blizzard lol. We felt bad since we were not aware of them closing at 9:30, it was super nice of them to let us in and make us our ice cream even though they had already closed! Thank you!!
Pretty easy fix, they are advertised for 10am-10pm but decide to close their doors at 9:30 so the people who get up, use the gas and time to get a late night snack are sol.

Spent five minutes trying to explain that I didn’t want mayonnaise. Was fairly confident I got my point across got home and there was mayonnaise on my burger. If you have allergies don’t recommend this place.
The order was in correct and the fries were not cooked. I won’t be back. It is really inconceivable that you hire staff who cannot cook fries completely- they were white or correctly process a drink order: I asked for iced tea and got lemonade. Really terrible and sad.
