Treatzzas have become cheatzzas with the new owners. Thin layer of ice cream, few crumbs of toppings, no caramel. Price also jumped from $14.99 to $16.99. Been going to this location for years, and the skor treatzzas always had a thick layer of ice cream and loaded with caramel, fudge and a generous topping of skor chocolate bits. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve been waiting for the store to open… It would be good for your business to open on the hours that you advertise… or change your opening hours. I’ve been observing few clients getting impatient… You’re losing business ‍ Time of visit : 12:00 on 28-12-2022

Best service ever at Dairy Queen in Brossard. I craved for a ice cream cone. Arrived at 21:45 closing hour 21:00 but the manger was still in the ice cream shop and opened the door to serve us. Amazing service. I recommande this place to everyone. Go see for yourself. Thank you !!

Drive through was open but the employee didn’t have his headset on. Inside the restaurant there is no hand sanitizer in a pandemic. The service recently is too slow

The people working were very nice. There was a long line behind me but the workers remained calm and served everyone despite being overwhelmed. Service was great and ice cream was delicious.

Had Mango Pipeapple smoothy, test was okay. Also purchased a strawberry cheese cake. Fresh foods.

I picked up some ice cream for my family today. I'll start by saying that the taste and quantity would deserve a 5 star. However the drive-thru experience is a big fat Zero. Now, if a client is using the drive-thru, odds are the ice cream will not be eaten on the spot. The very second that the ice cream entered my car it started melting and dripping all over. By the time I got home, not even 10 minutes away, my ice cream was practically a soup. My word of advice to the store is that if you are going to offer a drive-thru service, make sure to use adequate packaging so that your product stands a chance of making it through a car ride. Not to name names but if a McFlurry can make it through a car ride, there is no reason why a DQ Blizzard couldn't Note to the DQ FRT: thanks for the response, but I'm not quite sure how you concluded that I had a good time when ice cream was dripping all over my car while I was driving. It is definitely something to improve.
