Service is mediocre. We enjoy getting ice cream here, but with the expectation of unfriendly staff and slow service. I strongly disagree with the blacked out window on the drive though - I find it inappropriate to take customers credit cards out of their sight. Tonight, the worker had our card for a long time without us knowing why. They also do not give receipts, and this is definitely on purpose to not know the itemized list or have the survey to complain.
I haven't been to Dairy Queen in quite awhile. The one here in Tosa is not very clean at all. And based on a recent review I read they still aren't. Even since the pandemic. There was another one I was in with my husband and it was unclean and smelled of gas like from a stove. I can't believe Dairy Queen is still in business.
Been to this restaurant many times. Only get the ice cream. Service is typically slow. But definitely the best soft serve ice cream on North Ave in Wauwatosa. They are artful with the upside down blizzard demonstration to show that the ice cream will not fall out of the cup. They now offer dairy-free dilly bars, so I'm not sure if they should change their name to Dairy-Free Queen.
This place is a disgrace to the community. I used to come here multiple times a week. I will never step foot in there again. Everyone looks so dirty. No one is in uniform. Everyone has attitudes. Who even owns this place and how are you still in business? I keep trying to give you guys a chance but these past few months every time I come in it gets worse and worse. Workers yelling and swearing. Talking about the most in appropriate things. It almost as though they get mad and don’t want to even do their job when you come in there. I don’t know what happened but this place has just gone to the dumps.
Worst customer service. Workers do not know what they are doing nor do they know how to make a blizzard treat and refused to correct the problem. Will never go there again. Worker said “I can’t fix it”. Very rude and unprofessional. Got the orders wrong not once but twice and still refused to fix it.
They always take very good care of me, every visit, every staff member. Consistently good service.
No one had one their face mask giggling and playing around like there's no air born disease out here no regard to staying period.....Update.... So they still suck..my sandwiches were made wrong my slushie was wrong the fries were half way filled.. and little kids were in there playing in the kitchen...they play with your instead of remaking it...the receipt don't even say DQ corner store copy do they even have a corporate...after going back twice..I just threw my food away I could not eat the played with food....I am done with this nasty location....NO MORE CHANCES
I love Dilly Bars and Blizzards.....enough said....lol. Visited DQ on 03/12/23, they now have Health Dilly Bars...I am a happy man.Food: 5/5
Terrible customer service. Unpleasant tasting misty slushes. I was over charged and when I tried to tell the cashier she simply said that the prices on their independent website had not been updated. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their window, the owner argued with me saying that I had looked at dairyqueen.com for the prices. I didn't. I looked on their independent website and have screen shots of the website. The owner either has poor communication skills or simply didn't want to listen to what I had to say. To make it worse, the drinks that I ordered didn't taste good. I went back to try and get a refund and the doors were locked. My only choice would have been to wait another 27 minutes in the drive-thru to try and get my money back.They were super busy with a line of cars out onto the street It was easier to just call my credit card company and dispute the charge.
