8/23/2022.....2:25 pm. Went thru drive thru ordered a 10 in. Xtreme Blizzard Cake....I have a disability & use a Walker much easier to use drive thru was told to park an come in , Explained I have a disability an is much easier to use drive thru....they walk out orders all the time when their busy....Employee name on receipt is KK Totally got a attitude with me very snobby an throwing hard looks when doing transaction..... a young girl brought me my cake gave her a couple bucks & thanked her ! Now What's KK's PROBLEM she didn't even have to bring it out to me ! Probably won't go back ! Manager you can thank KK ! I wrote this right when I got home ....this cake is MISSING THE BROWNIE CHUNKS on top ...it's nothing like their picture on their website! Just shaved chocolate & little chocolate drizzle ! NEVER GOING BACK !
Sweetest team of workers. Very attentive to orders. Regularly busy but it is handled well. Must be a favorite place in the Falls. Cars are Generally always in line.Food: 5/5
Very slow drive thru, there were only 3 cars in line and few cars in the parking lot. Paid and order was just sitting on the counter while one worker just was talking to coworkers and 2 did work. Also made the wrong order.
Love it, but maybe add a little more caramel next time.
Attended an 8 year old birthday party where special ice cream cake was ordered weeks in advance. Day of party, no cake! Host had them call manager at home, only to be told "Well, things like this happen, we will give you $10 off stock cake". In our area there was a window installing Co. that probably told customers with no windows after 12 months the same thing. They are now out of business. Reading other recent reviews, I believe this one will be too! "Things like that happen." P.S. customer relations, don't bother sending standard "We are sorry to hear of your experience, hope you will try us again". Not going to happen with all the people attending party.
Always super busy. Still not open dining area. Refused to let this poor lady in to order who walked all the way there with her kids to get ice cream. Line wraps all out in to the road at peak times. Understaffed. Food is okay.
Very poor customer service. The first couple of times I thought the young man in drive through was new but I came 2 weeks later and he was at the window again, and rude again. Today my family came back a 3rd time and the person who made my blizzard with chocolate not what I ordered, she ended up making a regular Oreo blizzard with a bad attitude and with very little oreos, we asked for more and was told NO! Unfortunately, I will not be giving them my business any more. Going out to eat is supposed to be enjoyable. The past 3 time leaving this establishment I left with a horrible experience. In a day when you have so many options you’d think businesses would strive for excellent customer service. Thankful that there are many other custard and ice cream places within a couple of miles. Management is definitely FAILING in hiring staff! Someone from management so go under cover through Culver’s driver through then goto Dairy Queens driver through WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE! Culver’s for the WIN! This entire staff has bad customer service. They need to understand customers should be happy leaving not upset or arguing about added more Oreos. These ladies today were absolutely horrible, bad attitudes and poor customer service! Also 2 of the young ladies were arguing with each other about “if I have something to say I’ll say it to your face” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your money and go somewhere else!
Teenagers run this place which is not a good thing. While ordering through the the drive-thru I could hear the workers playing around and laughing. Also, heard odd sounds as if they were hitting the microphone. When I pulled up to the window to pay I saw them playing around throwing cups at each other. Hopefully those cups went in the trash! Yuck! Went home to find that our order was wrong. Not a surprise. Called and let them know. They put our name on a list to get our order free whenever we want it. At least they did that much. Food wasn’t the greatest..fries were barely filled. Their prices are pretty high. I won’t be returning there any time soon.
The staff here is amazing. I walked to dairy Queen and on the way I dropped my debit card somewhere so when I ordered and went to pay I didn't have anything to pay with. I did try my Samsung pay and Google pay but it wasn't working. One of the employees who I think was the manager, she paid for my $16 order out of her own pocket and gave me the receipt and told me to come back at some point and pay. I mean, who does that? I'm sure she didn't think I was going to come back and pay because a lot of people probably would have done that. But I came back with cash 30 minutes later and paid her. The entire thing was just so nice and thoughtful of her. I have my three and four year old with so they would have been so disappointed if I couldn't have bought the ice cream. On another note, the service here is always extremely fast. Their drive-thru is never slow and overall it's just great service.
