Whenever I get the Ice Cream Logs or anything of that nature, this location is acceptable. I tried the burgers a couple times, always cold and never could finish them. This location does have a surpringly clean bathroom. So overall this one is a mixed bag.
The staff at this location is amazing!!! This weekend we had a terrible snow storm and I got my truck stuck trying to leave the parking lot and with out hesitation 3 staff members came out and helped me dig the truck out. They are truly an amazing group! Food was also good
Can't hear the drive through speaker, girl at window was on the rude side. Medium Sunday barely had any strawberries, the smalls had more. Have to look at the bottom to see if it was a small or medium as they looked the same from the topService: 1/5
Came here for a quick little meal, the burger was creamy, fries were still frozen. Went to the bathroom and bathroom smells like fresh doo doo, I slipped in the store and they called me “mid”
Stopped in while traveling across Canada, to receive extremely overcooked chicken strips & onion rings and my husbands burger was dry as well. His poutine was soggy cold fries, covered in gravy and a very small amount of cheese . Eating area seemed okay, but we were sad to discover filthy washrooms, overflowing garbages and rancid ketchup packages.Not busy, a virtually empty restaurant & now we know why but the staff were just standing around talking instead of cleaning up this dump. Very disappointing & certainly NOT up to Dairy Queen's standards. Inspection required ! zero stars.
Visited July 30 2021. Just because the building is old doesn't mean cleaning should be neglected. In the era of COVID, it's totally unacceptable for tables to be left unwiped all day or even for 5 mins after a guest leaves to the point of being sticky to the touch, or for the common areas to be allowed to deteriorate from a cleanliness standpoint. Franchise owner should be audited by DQ headquarters for standards and practices. Perhaps they don't value representing the brand anymore and would prefer to operate an independent diner to their own standards.
The worker that made our food was using his personal phone while making our wraps. Definitely not sanitary.
Menu items fairly accurately made. It seems that most staff members lack understanding of English except for menu items and prices one didn't know what I meant by a loonie. Property is worn down and requires renovations almost no paint left on exterior surfaces. Interior is sometimes uncared for along with worn out furnishings. There could stand to be less staff standing around and waiting for customers and more cleaning the dining area and restrooms. Entrance and exit door handles are disgustingly dirty which I avoid contact with whenever possible. It seems to be more of a social event than work for the employees.
Service was pretty decent, Food Was like a 7/10 which is good for a dairy queen,Food: 4/5
