The grill hasn’t worked at this location in weeks, and now it finally works again, but your employees are too busy listening to ghetto rap in the back to get orders correct or FRESH.
We stopped here on a Saturday morning to get a peppermint blizzard the flavor of the month. We sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 3 minutes and there was no response, so we pulled to the window. Inside the restaurant we could see people walking around completely oblivious to the fact that we were here. We called the phone number listed on the window, and the line was busy. Finally after five minutes we left. It seems that no one here cares whether or not they make a sale
Garbage place. If you have one staff member available for work- close down. Uncool to offer a decent menu and then have literally only ice cream available. Like, why open?
I love vanilla shakes and fries. It's one of my favorite comfort foods.Food: 5/5
If there would be a zero star option I'd give them that sort of rating. Every single time I go there they're closed, even if its the middle of the day. Aswell as they have this old habit of making us wait from 20+ minutes to get a "we're sorry but we are closed" yet they served the car in front of us. It never fails.
Blizzard was skimpy AF with barely a crumb of candy. Guy working the drive thru was rude and filthy with a shirt covered in stains and grime.
If I have one bad experience I will give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt. However, I have been to this location at least 10 times and every time I've gotten food I've had to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. To make matters worse they have closed early for no apparent reason on several occasions when I would have liked to get dessert. They should scrap their current staff and start over.
An employee was cussing out another employee when we pulled up to get our ice cream from the drive through. Think his name was James. Also, screwed up my ice cream. This place is rarely open and when it is the wait is insane. The manager is somewhat in over his head albeit a nice guy.
Sadly the old kids areas is now an empty room. The manage form Kentucky is awesome and helps make your cake order beautiful and what you want.
