I called into the store as I was ordering for doordash. Her name was Sierra one of the managers. I asked for our blizzards to be made with Chocolate ice-cream instead of Vanilla. She stated that they where already made, and I believe was going to make them with chocolate ice cream instead, and I said no that was fine. I was just craving chocolate is all. Vanilla is ok too. This is exactly how customer service is supposed to be. Good Job Dairy Queen.
Worker did not offer a receipt! Did not serve blizzard upside down! Did scan my phone, but don't see points posted! I had the mobile Monday offer for free fries, but was charged for them when phone scanned! Worker didn't seem to know much about the phone app offer!!Food: 4/5
I love their ice cream cakes. I custom ordered a cake for my boys graduation and it was so easy. The young lady taking my order was super courteous.Food: 5/5

Do not use app to order here. Everything was wrong and they refused to cancel. Then when I asked to speak with a manager they hung up on me

Update: Since the Aberdeen store has been bought the quality of food and service has gone down hill. Original comment: I have been hoping they would turn it around over time, but so far I have not seen any improvement.... When they first opened they had some issues but management has really turned this place around and made it a great place to eat
Food is good, but they dont stay open as long as they’re supposed to. Kind of inconvenient after a long day of work.
Very clean, super friendly and very welcoming! Definitely a different kind of hospitality than the south! Way south y’all The staff/crew were very nice! Food was great! I love love love their moca-moo-lattes!
I've had ups and downs here. Ordered fries and there was a piece of hair in it. The last 3 orders of onion rings I got were over cooked and greasy. Hair nets and facemasks should be in order when dealing with people's food. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and it was cold. Kids in the kitchen making the food barely put any effort into making the food, it's almost like they don't care.
