Terrible service! Always understaffed and so slow! Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with 5 cars in front of me, and 4 behind me, and only 1 car moved forward the whole time! Ridiculously slow!
Couldn't order ice cream or fried items at 9:15p.m. Closes at 10p. All the sudden they're not allowed to disclose who their district manager is either. It's a good thing I'm not a third party secret shopper......

Long wait times in the drive thru, ice cream is often melted by the time you pay for it. I can really only blame myself because I'm stupid enough to keep spending money here.
1 STAR BECAUSE YOUR ICECREAM MACHINE WASNT WORKING, HOW COULD IT CONSTANTLY BE BROKEN, YOURE AN ICECREAM SHOP AND PEOPLE COME TO YOU FOR ICECREAM.
