Called in for a personalized birthday cake, 5 hours later picked up the blank cake. No effort put in the second I was done paying, very disappointing. Staff needs to do better.
Wait times in drive through and inside are horrific. Establishment is very dirty inside and out. Garbages overflowing outside. Purchased a meal and an extra large fries. The fries were $6! and pitiful cold dried out sticks. Sad! Do better, no wonder you have no business!
Drive thru is quite a wait. Your order is taken and you get what you didn't want even when specified at ordering speaker. Very limited lettuce and tomato on burgers and lettuce was brown. Chicken patties either burnt and or microwaved - outside edges too crispy. Onion rings taste like oil has never been changed. $70.00 to feed family of 5.nnDo NOT order ice cream cakes from here!!!
Awful service. No cakes made, ordered a cake on my lunch break and paid they said it would be ready for 5pm and took my message to be written on top and everything.nWhen I got in at 5 they said they had no cake couldn’t refund me & it would be two hours until it would be ready. Daughters birthday in 30 minutes, shes crying & all they can offer is a 5$ gift card. Horrible place, rude staff & manager is an actual joke. Should be turned into literally any other chain.nnEDIT: yes, I put in the report before I wrote my review here. There should be several ticket complaints from that same day through the portal you linked me. No response still July 9/24
I walked in an there was 4 ppl infront of me. I wanted for a few mins then asked if they were helped yet. They said no. I watched the employees basically ignore all of us 6 customers and after a few more mins I walked out to goto the tim hortons next door. It didn't seem busy and really all they had to say is hi, I'll be right with you! But they didn't even look at the front desk.
