Terrible. I went in yesterday to see about an ice cream log cake for Monday. Lady told me they only make them once a week and to call and order one to have it set aside since they go quickly and by ordering it now they can decorate it the way I like. Called today - they don't take orders, take your chances on Monday. Thanks!
Today i and my friends visited Dairy Queen exact at 9:25 p.m.. the guy who is working there closed the door around 9:24 before the timing of closing front door. If you are closing early then why do you guys put the working hours on the front door. I will rate zero star if there is any option.
Ordered a custom variation on one of DQ's cake designs. Staff was very very kind and accommodating. No problem making it happen, and the cake turned out beautifully. They even offered to have it ready sooner than the website order date. Thanks kindly!
1 star only because I can’t give zeronnI just had the worst experience at this Dairy Queen. I politely declined when the employee asked me to pull forward to wait for my order something I’ve done at many other places without issue. But instead of respecting that, the employee became aggressive and hostile. He angrily told me I had to move, and when I said I would prefer to wait where I was, he slammed the window, hit a ma chine inside stormed off, and started cursing.nnThis kind of unprofessional and threatening behavior is absolutely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated like this. I left feeling shaken and completely disrespected. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be warning others to avoid this location too.
Disgusting. I crunched on a hard piece of something- plastic? Old dried out bacon? And my blizzard was pure vanilla ice cream halfway down. Would not recommend this place. They clearly don't clean their machines.
