Drive through was busy, but on a hot day to be expected. Line move fairly quickly. Please bring back the big menu, all the little signs are a pain to see and read. I know you have the big QR code to scan, but I like old fashion menus. The service was quick, and the onion rings were fresh, hot and tasty. The milkshakes hit the spot and were flavorful. UPDATE: Backyard ranch burger hit the spot. Very tasty and a perfect match with crispy onion rings.
I've always loved DQs foods, especially the chicken strips and blizzards however this time was a little frustrating. I originally placed my order on the mobile app, it said everything was open, including the lobby. My order would be done at 6.04 So I did my thing, arrived at DQ only to discover a long long line at the drive through, at first, that didn't phase me, because I made the order to be picked up inside. However once I arrived at the door, there was a sign that said that the lobby was closed and all mobile orders were to be picked up at the drive through. Which made me a little cranky but with the staff shortages, I understand. What really got me is that I didn't get my food till 630ish, again, long line, so I understand but once I picked up my food, the gal was very friendly and professional. So kudos to the staff but the one thing that did eat at me.. Is after waiting all that time and finally arriving home, they forgot the gravy for the chicken strips. D: I was already home, tired, didn't feel like waiting in another long line for just the gravy. So my review, good food, soggy fries, friendly service, unfortunately don't depend on the mobile app, call ahead to see if the lobby is open for pick ups. And sad day with the lack of gravy. Should anyone get In trouble? Heck no, they were busy as heck and from the looks of it, only two people were holding down the fort. Just a little sad about the gravy, as silly as that sounds.
Well their burgers weren't nothing like the ones they sale in Texas. The taste was way different. The person who attended us was very friendly. But the food want that great.Food: 1/5

After a long day, my family and I just wanted some quick food and maybe some ice cream. My wife and our youngest goes in. I attempt to enter the building with our other kid not even 15 seconds later - the door's locked. My wife tells me they're closing the dining room, despite it only being 7 pm when the sign outside says they're open until 8. Either stay open until 8 or change your hours.
Door was locked at 6pm. Went to drive thru to pick up my order that I was supposed to get at 6pm inside didn't get order until almost 7pm.
I go here often and they have good food, however the service is super slow. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else. The line is always backed up to the street, and if you do a curbside order you will wait almost 20 min for only a couple items. I've been in the parking spot for almost 30 min now, only ordered 2 items, and am seeing other customers get served before me. Again, normally nice staff and all but it's tiring being late for stuff because they dont have their speed of service down.
This was the first time ordering a cheeseburger at DQ. Their chicken strips are like no other, so chain restaurants you tend to go with what you know. I ordered a Two Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger from the menu. I glanced at the menu and ordered, in my words, 'a two cheeseburger, cheeseburger' and the other dinners. Obviously, she repeated back two cheeseburgers and the total reflected as such. I tried again to explain the burger with two cheeseburgers on it. I wasn't making myself clear, nor was the menu board that I could see. This went on for a few exchanges and the person taking my order was kind and patient, whereas if I was in her position and her young age, I may have been frustrated. The kind person gave me my order and it was perfect. That two cheeseburger cheeseburger was more than I expected. I would definitely order it again...next time,0 maybe take my time to better communicate what I thought I was making clear.
Tried walking through the drive through due to the lobby being closed. The manager told me I couldn't order. A kind person behing me in a vehicle placed my order for me. I got a pup cup and my order was intentionally messed up. They put hot fudge all over the ice cream I got for my pup. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this location.
Got our order wrong, went back to have it fixed just to have them make it the same way again. The staff call one another names about it. Cold food all around. Watched the staff take returned food back from me and returned it to the kitchen which is a big hazard to food safety and contamination considering they don't wear gloves and touched the food I returned.
