Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Love the burgers here. This is mid way point between cottage and home and I often stop here for dinner or lunch. It's always not busy and service is pretty quick, while there is usually a ridiculous long lineup next door at Tim Horton. I will take a soft cone ice cream over coffee as dessert any day. LOL.

Employees were unable to provide what we asked for. Couldn’t double dip a cone and told us they didn’t carry proper lids. How do they serve soft drinks. They don’t deserve 1 star, zero is more appropriate

Love DQ but will never go to the Port Perry store again. Never! This store gives a great franchise a black eye.

Have gone many times to the drive through and they are note open. No signs stating so. The property is a mess weeds, growing as high as the speaker

I'm surprised to read all of the negative comments about poor customer service. We've always had a good experience. Staff seem friendly and we've never had any issues with our order and desserts are yummy.

I think they need to work on the friendliness of their front line staff. She was somewhat surly and didn't offer any of the usual things one would expect on a drive-through order i.e. a tray and lids for what we bought, we had to ask for it and when she handed the stuff over did so begrudgingly. Will not go back.

Went in the drive through with a car full of kids, pre decided what our order just to find out they wherent serving any food just dessert items.

I called and they said they had ice cakes but when I tried to look inside they didn’t have anything and it’s stupid because you can’t go inside like what is this. The funny part is that I looked inside and a lady was cleaning the table like no one was inside. Never coming here again
